LUCY LINCOLN  was born 1824 in Spencer Co., IN, and died 1858 in Perry Co, Indiana. She married (1) THOMAS S. MILLS March 26, 1845 in Spencer Co., IN. She married (2) EDWARD BAULDRIDGE CUTLER April 06, 1848 in Perry Co. In, son of THOMAS CUTLER and JANE STEELE. He was born July 11, 1822 in Jay, Essex, New York, and died July 17, 1906 in Illinois.

Notes for EDWARD BAULDRIDGE CUTLER:
Co. E 49th Ind. Inf. enlisted Oct. 1861, saw much action in Civil War.

s/o Thomas & Jane Steele Cutler. After the war he farmed in Ind. married Mary Hyde 1860, came to Shelby Co.Ill in 1872 – Supervisor from Penn Twp. in 1879 when present Court House was built, farmer, stock raiser.
